  • Danielle has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. Her experience ranges across the public and private sectors, working with a variety of different populations and concerns.

    Danielle is primarily trained in somatic-based therapy approaches and specializes in supporting individuals who’ve experienced trauma and complex trauma. She’s an EMDR trained therapist who’s joined by her therapy dog, Fluke.

  • Emily is a registered social worker with over 20 years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through life’s challenges. She has a special focus on supporting families raising children with disabilities, as well as members of the LGBTQ2S+ community.

    Emily blends compassion with evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, solution-focused therapy, collaborative therapy, and trauma-informed care, creating a safe space for healing, self-discovery, and growth.

  • Kristina is a counselling therapist who uses hypnotherapy to help clients overcome anxiety, insomnia, trauma (PTSD and CPTSD) as well as fears and phobias.

    Kristina’s approach integrates neuroscience-based hypnotherapy with compassionate counselling to help people unwire limiting patterns, build resilience, and create lasting emotional balance.

  • Hadley is a registered psychologist who specializes in relationship therapy and works primarily with couples. She also has extensive experience supporting members of the LGBTQ2S+ community.

    Hadley’s areas of expertise include communication, conflict management, fostering compromise, relationship roles, secure attachment, intimacy and sex, affairs and betrayal, boundaries, identifying personal and relational needs, non-traditional relationships (e.g., open/polyamory), strengthening connection, trust, and emotional safety, as well as guiding couples through healthy separation or divorce.

  • Nicole specializes in parent-child relationships, childhood/youth anxiety, separation/divorce in families, grief, self-esteem, and child development delays.

    Nicole’s therapeutic approach integrates Theraplay, Filial Therapy, Child-led play-based therapy, SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), Collaborative Problem Solving, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts.

  • Jason’s foundational specialization is CBT, which he uses as a base for offering a blend of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method. He specializes in working through, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship issues.

  • Cheryl’s practice is grounded in her background of working with severe mood disorders, which sparked her interest in how our lived experiences shape who we are—and how we heal from them. Cheryl’s treatment approach is rooted in practical tools for immediate insight and change (DBT, IFS) as well as deep somatic nervous system work that reveals and releases the unconscious holding patterns that keep us stuck (e.g., Somatic Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy).

  • Lee is a Registered Psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Lee’s goal is to provide you a safe space to explore life's challenges, present and/or past, and to find a hopeful path forward.

    Lee has worked extensively with individuals and families who experience emotional regulation struggles, anxiety/depression, stress and burnout, ADHD, ASD, trauma, parenting challenges, separation/divorce, domestic violence, addictions, employment challenges, as well as grief and loss.

  • With more than a decade of experience in the mental health field, Jill is a compassionate and skilled psychologist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges. Specializing in trauma, emotional dysregulation, personality disorders, eating disorders, substance use, family conflict/interpersonal stress, ADHD, and self-harm, Jill provides evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

    Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, Jill integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). This integrative approach allows for flexibility and responsiveness in treatment, supporting clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience.
